My training programs are supported by my solid background in kinesiology, seasoned experience as an athlete, and the latest (proven!) research in exercise and wellness.
Whether you are training for your fist 5K, looking to compete in your 5th Ironman or aiming just to keep your breath walking up the stairs (no elevators with me!), I can design training programs for any fitness level and goal.
Before we embark on our training/exercise journey together, I take into account you personality, athletic/exercise background, past struggles (and successes!), strengths, objectives, physical capabilities, and available time. No cookie-cutter programs here! I provide a holistic approach that factors in all the elements that will impact your success.
A true coach doesn’t lecture. A true coach listens. I’ll listen to all your concerns, struggles and triumphs—and make tweaks if necessary. What’s more: no matter what your learning style, I’ll adjust to eliminate any confusing rhetoric or overly simplistic answers.
We’re in this together. I cannot want it more than you. And you must be ready to tell me what is working and what is not. Together, we’ll develop actionable—and achievable—objectives from week to week. Together, we’ll keep our eyes on your ultimate goal.
